I was born Sacramento Cal, and raised here in Anchorage, I attended school in Muldoon in all levels. After graduating I spent six years in the Army, at the end of which I decided I wanted to become a fireman. I went to the State Fire Academy in 1993, and spent the next sex years trying to get hired, finally achieving my goal in 2000. I am married with three daughters. I have BS in Fire Science, I am CPST Instructor since 2006. I also teach EMS at UAA. My hobbies include, travel, hiking, camping, biking, SCUBA, Skiing, movies and kayaking. I am a practicing Quaker. Worked for AFD for 17 years.
