I was born and raised in Anchorage with the dream of becoming a fireman since I was 14 after joining the Explorer Post 264. I attended UAF after graduating high school. Worked at the University Fire Department and City of Fairbanks Fire for a total of 5 yrs before getting married and moving to Washington State. In 2014 we moved to Alaska after being hired with the AFD where I am a FF/PM at Station 6.

I have one daughter with the second baby girl on the way. I enjoy hunting/fishing and hiking with my family. I also enjoy taxidermy and home improvement projects.

I am proud to be apart of AKFFPS. With both personal and professional life experience I feel I can provide a listening ear and support to anyone who is going through a rough part in life or simply needs to vent.
